I used to run cross country in high school, and I knew I wasn’t improving anymore, so I googled a cross country training regimen, and this was the first thing that popped up. Decided to give it a go. I started the program when I weighed 205 lbs, I went from running 10 minute miles to 7.5 minute miles in a 5k 💪., and I dropped to 175 lbs. Took a little over a month and a half. Holy shit. Piece of advice to people starting the program if you’re out of shape— if you find that you can’t finish a workout at first, that’s normal., because you’re out of shape lol. Don’t let it bring you down, use it as motivation to get to that point. Took me about a week and a half to be able to even finish half of these lol. Anyways, thanks Hal.
